Established in 2001 we are not the largest management company in the valley, however, our intention has always been to manage a limited, select group of homeowner associations in a professional manner with the highest level of integrity, and personal attention in order to ensure a high level of quality for your homeowner association.

360 Property Management is a proud member of CAI (Community Association Institute), AACM (Arizona Association of Community Managers), and the Arizona chapter of the Better Business Bureau. With the constantly changing legislation regarding homeowner associations, the team at 360 Property Management continues to educate themselves through AACM and CAI affiliates and carefully scrutinize new legislation in order to inform the homeowners
associations of these changes.

360 Property Management values the importance of open communications between the homeowners, the board of directors, and the management company. The management company communicates to homeowners through homeowners’ newsletters, board meetings, and various correspondence media such as mail, e-mail, text messages, and phone calls.

As a company, we also maintain each association at its highest appearance level in order to ensure financial stability and to promote a certain lifestyle to protect the resale value of the homeowner’s asset.

We believe that is more cost effective and in your communities best interest to keep property maintenance, landscaping, pool service, collections, and various other duties that your community requires in-house. By utilizing our landscape crews, maintenance teams, and experienced collection staff you are able to save the community a substantial amount of money and liability that might be involved by hiring a 3rd party to service the association’s needs.
