Established in 2001 we are not the largest management company in the valley, however, our intention has always been to manage a limited, select group of homeowner associations in a professional manner with the highest level of integrity, and personal attention in order to ensure a high level of quality for your homeowner association.

Homeowners that become board members often lack the qualification and experience to force the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&R’s) of their associations. Our goal is to aid in educating the board members, and applying our experience and knowledge in an effort to alleviate potential concerns.

360 Property Management is a proud member of CAI (Community Association Institute), AACM (Arizona Association of Community Managers), and the Arizona chapter of the Better Business Bureau. With the constantly changing legislation regarding homeowner associations, the team at 360 Property Management continues to educate themselves through AACM and CAI affiliates and carefully scrutinize new legislation in order to inform the homeowners associations of these changes.
