Meeting purpose - Vote on funding sources for current prioritized projects.
Board will vote on whether funding will come from reserves or special assessment. Review 2025 budget report.
Agenda Review board approved projects
1) Replacement of 3 landscaping electrical boxes and 13 new sprinkler heads - $1,844. Project is in progress.
2) French drains near on both sides of the laundry room stairs and 4 new sprinklers - $1,575. Project has been started.
3) Carport wood restoration - $7,875. Project has not been started.
4) Carport paint - $2,000. Project has not been started.
5) Window awnings for the courtyard (appox. 19 @ $380) - $7,220.
Project has been started with the street-side windows.
- Review front gate closer replacement quote ($820) and vote on prioritization and possible funding source.
- Review of current financials and reserve totals.
- Review 2025 budget report and vote on approval.
- Homeowner comments
- Board vote on funding source for each approved project.
