Typically, if announced in advance or posted above, Board of Director’s Meetings will be held the 3rd Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m.
An executive session will be held in advance of the open meetings, at 6:00 pm, and shall be a closed meeting with Board members only pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute §33-1248/33-1804(A) 3 and 4
